On the palate, it shows round tannins, crisp acidity, and balanced body. Pair this wine with juicy steaks, lamb chops, and beef kebab. Raspberry, toast, spice and herbal aromas are pure Rioja. This is crisp and tight as a drum. Raisiny fruit flavors are offset by hard acidity, while this is spicy across a bumpy finish.
