Matthews Red Blackboard 2018 sku_2325379 Light straw colorDark, rich purple with aromatics of boysenberry, lav ender, dried tobacco and sage on top of a dry stoney minerality. The texture is rich but finishes light on its feet with a persisting length. This red wine is a combination of many common Bordeaux varietals, and includes some Syrah for complexity. The Blackboard celebrates the use of chalk in our winery, which is used for marking everything from wine barrels, winery walls to fermentation tanks. The
