The mouthfeel is silky with cherry, plum and a touch of bramble, and it goes down very easy no matter your red wine preference! Hearty Tuscan food comes to mind as a pairing but the ethereal nature of this wine also has us thinking sushi rolls, panzanella and ratatouille.
