this is produced from glacier water and barley from the distillery's own fields

in a rather Old World style for a Catena wine but still with lovely fruit sweetness

yet they work with the Savatiano base to retain fresh

This is an easy drinking, everyday wine. Chicken and fish dishes will pair nicely with this wine as well as fresh salads and a variety of cheeses. This wine is best served chilled.
