It was conditioned on the 'Southern Weather' and 'Monarch' blends of coffee beans roasted by our brothers in arms at @onyxcoffeelabs for a complex foundation of chocolate brownie and burnt sugar undertones

then transferred onto 450 grams a litre of British grown Raspberries for 4 months before undergoing further bottle conditioning

Multi-oat / Wheat IPA brewed and dry hopped entirely with our hand selected citra hops

Finback x Horus The Hawk And The Whale Size_355ml One great barleywine baseA 12% Imperial Stout brewed with Kopi Luwak coffee, roasted with hazelnuts or, some of the worlds most expensive coffee, pooped out of a civet cats butt and then meticulously harvested by some super farmers and made into rich, velvety goodness. We brewed this with Horus Aged Ales Half the batch went into barrels.
