Marine Relic Vessels with Copper Netting Edition:Grey Vessel / 24cm tall x 14cm wide / 2kg Flameworked Borosilicate Glass Sculptural octopiPart of the Marine Relic Series by Benjamin Kikkert, these vessels appear to have easily washed up the shoreline from the depths of the sea. Different from other pieces in this series, these vessels are wrapped in copper to form a net, pulling reference from Japanese fishing floats. All handcrafted, his usage of colour and texture come together to produce organic glass unlike most. Handblown at our studio located right here in Granville Island. ~ VSG
