Benguela Cove Collage 2023 Hazendal some of the spirit inThe Benguela Cove Collage 2023 is a harmonious red blend of 39% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Petit Verdot, 15% Merlot, 12% Malbec and 5% Cabernet Franc. The grapes were hand picked from estate vineyards situated on southeast and southwest facing slopes, with predominantly weathered shale and iron laterites, high calcium content soils. A beneficial diurnal range aids in even ripening and complexity. Post harvest, varietals and vineyard blocks were vinified
