Cedric Bouchard, Roses de Jeanne La Boloree Vintage:2016 Small yield at 36hl/haThe 2011 Blanc de Blancs La Bolore is centered and poised on the palate, but the aromatics are more diffuse and less focused overall. The Bolore often gives the impression it is holding considerable power in reserve, but in 2011 I am not sure those elements will ever fully emerge. Yellow stone fruits, candied lemon and white flowers are all pushed forward, while slight hints of volatility linger on the finish. La Bolore emerges from a south facing
