FINCA LA EMPERATRIZ ''LAS CENIZAS'' 2020 (750ml) Rosé Immediately bursting with characteristic CalvertVariety: Tempranillo Tasting notes: The grapes are transported by refrigerated truck to the winery at Finca La Emperatriz. The destemmed and partially crushed grapes are then placed in concrete tanks. Fermentation then takes place at a controlled temperature, using native yeasts. A gentle daily pump over is performed during fermentation, which lasts for 14 days.
