Testalonga Baby Bandito Stay Brave 2024 Brandy Fermented with 40% whole clustersTestalonga Baby Bandito Stay Brave 2024 is crafted from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes, from bush vines (un trellised vines) planted in 1981 in Swartland that are farmed organically. Hand harvested in late January, the grapes were cooled down overnight to 6C and processed the following day. The grapes were destemmed into open 2,000 litre fermentation tanks.
