Between the Sheets, 8.3% Double Stout Aged in Rum and Cognac Barrels teemill For our base maltNamed after the famous cocktail, Between the Sheets started as a bold double stout which we knew would be perfect for barrel ageing and the chance to experiment. We aged half in Caribbean Rum barrels and half in Cognac barrels for 9 months before blending back together.
