Michel Huard-Guillouet 2004 Le Pertyer Calvados - 750ml bowmore Alcohol Content: 16Sherry cask finished Calvados produced by seventh generation producer Jean Francois Guillouet in Caligny, Suisse Normand, under the AOC appellation. Distilled from a 100% apple must that was fermented for 9 12 months and distilled on a travelling wood fired copper column still. The French oak aged Calvados is finished for a further 2 years in Sherry casks and in the cellars of French whisky producer Michel Couvreur, in Bouze les Beaune, Burgundy.
